Please include the email address of your Snugtale account and, if relevant, the name of the story.
Every story you create is made of pages (5–20 per story). New accounts start with 10 free pages. You can buy page packs (they never expire) or subscribe for 40 pages per month. The public library of narrated stories is always free.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are cancelled in your store account: on iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the pages of the current period.
Open the app, go to Get More Pages and tap Restore purchases. If the pages still do not show, email us with the receipt and we will credit them manually.
Illustration and narration take about one to two minutes per story. If a story is stuck for longer than 15 minutes, email us — unfinished stories are refunded automatically.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app: delete-account page. Deletion removes your account, all stories, uploaded photos and audio.
Parents create the account; children only read and listen. Stories are generated with layered content safety filters, contain no ads and no chat. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Jede Geschichte besteht aus Seiten (5–20 pro Geschichte). Neue Konten starten mit 10 Gratis-Seiten. Du kannst Seiten-Pakete kaufen (sie verfallen nie) oder ein Abo mit 40 Seiten pro Monat abschließen. Die öffentliche Bibliothek mit vorgelesenen Geschichten ist immer kostenlos.
Abos werden von Apple bzw. Google abgerechnet und im Store-Konto gekündigt: auf dem iPhone unter Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements, auf Android im Play Store → Zahlungen & Abos. Die Kündigung stoppt die nächste Verlängerung; die Seiten des laufenden Zeitraums bleiben erhalten.
Öffne in der App Mehr Seiten und tippe auf Käufe wiederherstellen. Fehlen die Seiten weiterhin, schick uns die Quittung per E-Mail – wir schreiben sie manuell gut.
